1. General Provisions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

The wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

299bat's VIP program has five tiers and cashback is awarded every week:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Higher VIP tiers can be reached through active and regular play. The benefits and conditions for each tier are subject to change.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, false information or coordinated betting patterns for the purpose of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on 299bat — slots, live casino, fishing games, card games, virtual sports and cricket betting — are governed by their own individual rules.

• Each game has specific betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby.
• Abnormal results caused by software errors or technical issues may be declared void.
• The game provider's own terms and conditions also apply.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the result will be determined according to the rules of that game.
• In the event of a dispute over a betting outcome, the game provider's log records will be treated as the final evidence.

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.2 Closure by the Platform

299bat may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice for the following reasons:
